Travis's general practice areas are corporate law, including, but not limited to, entity formations, employment agreements, shareholder agreements, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions; federal and state tax law, including, but not limited to, taxation of individuals, corporations, pass-thru entities, and tax-exempt organizations; executive compensation, including negotiation of severance agreements and drafting of individualized deferred compensation agreements; and select areas of employee benefits.
