About J.P.

J.P. is a partner with the firm's Real Estate practice group.  J.P. helps clients achieve their real estate-related goals and objectives and he advises clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, development, debt and equity structuring and financing, leasing and strategic problem-solving.


J.P. has also emerged as a leader in the field of ecological uses and assets of real property, particularly with respect to all aspects of stream, wetlands, habitat and other ecological mitigation and conservation banking.  


While attending Vanderbilt University, J.P. was a scholarship member of the Commodores’ football team as an offensive lineman and a two-time All-Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll honoree.
