About Harrison

Harrison is a partner in the firm's Commercial Finance practice group. He primarily represents banks and other lending institutions with the negotiation, documentation and closing of commercial lending transactions, asset-based loans, syndications, workouts and forbearance arrangements. He also assists borrowers in negotiating commercial loans.

Representative Engagements

  • Represented administrative agent and lender in $400,000,000 syndicated senior secured credit facility to oil services company
  • Represented foreign collateral agent and lender in numerous secured "club" credit facilities supported in part by foreign and in-transit inventory
  • Represented financial institution in establishing loan program to finance the importation of inventory, on either a secured or unsecured basis
  • Represented regional bank in establishing loan program to finance restaurant franchisees
  • Represented borrower, an Atlanta-based retailer, in connection with negotiation of $80,000,000 in secured revolving credit and term loan facilities
  • Represented national bank in $32,000,000 senior secured credit facility to finance the acquisition of midwestern auto parts manufacturer
  • Represented national bank in $21,000,000 senior secured credit facility to finance the acquisition of the textiles division of a diversified public manufacturing company
  • Negotiated and documented "defensive" debtor-in-possession credit agreement and financing orders for $18,000,000 credit facility to well-known athletic apparel manufacturer and licensor in preparation for Section 363 Sale in Chapter 11
  • Represented regional bank in connection with numerous transactions to provide acquisition or working capital financing to operating companies with complex capital structures, including intercreditor agreements with Mezzanine and Term B lenders
  • Represented merchant card processor in connection with bankruptcy filings of numerous current and former merchant customers
