About Dan

Dan is a partner with the firm's Commercial Finance practice group. He primarily represents banks, finance companies and other lenders in a variety of secured lending transactions, including negotiation and documentation of both single lender and syndicated credit facilities. Dan has experience in documenting, closing and maintaining credit facilities secured by different types of real and personal property. Dan was a summer clerk with the firm prior to starting as an associate in 2009.

While in law school, Dan briefed and argued as part of a clinical experience, Williams Mtn. Coal Co. v. Director, OWCP, 328 Fed. Appx. 243 (4th Cir. 2009), in which a federal appeals court affirmed a prior administrative decision awarding a claimant coal miner black lung benefits.

  • Represented lender in connection with a $10,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility to a provider of oilfield services.
  • Represented lender in connection with a $7,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility to a reverse logistics provider.
  • Represented lender in connection with a $5,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility to truck brokerage.
  • Represented lender in connection with a $4,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility to pipe distributor.
