Sarah is an Attorney on the Commercial Finance team where she represents lenders and borrowers in documenting, negotiating and closing of commercial finance transactions, with primary emphasis on asset-based lending, cross-border financing, healthcare lending, cash flow credit facilities, acquisition finance and loan workouts.

Representative Engagements

  • Represented administrative agent and lender in $1.35 billion unsecured loan to publicly held Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
  • Represented Fortune 500 international carpet and flooring manufacturing company in $1.1 billion unsecured cross-border revolving credit facility, €500 million European bond offering, $500 million receivables securitization facility, and various commercial paper programs
  • Represented administrative agent and lender in $675 million cash flow credit facility to regional communications provider
  • Represented administrative agent and lender in $350 million senior secured revolving credit facility to iron manufacturer
  • Represented administrative agent and lender in $170 million senior secured credit facility to medical supply distributor
  • Represented Georgia manufacturing company with international operations in workout of $15 million asset-based credit facility
  • Represented national healthcare finance company in various senior secured asset-based facilities to healthcare companies, including an automated institutional pharmacy, provider of specialty pharmaceutical products, skilled nursing facility owners, and home health product company
