Erik Badia is an associate in the firm's litigation group. He represents clients on a range of matters, including business torts, contract claims, and complex commercial disputes. Erik's attention to detail and ardent advocacy provides his clients with comprehensive and zealous representation throughout the litigation process.

While in law school Erik interned with Cobb County Superior Court Judge C. LaTain Kell, Georgia Supreme Court Justice David E. Nahmias, and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Frank M. Hull. Prior to enrolling in law school Erik was an award-winning reporter in New York, giving him a strong foundation in fact investigations and hard deadlines. This valuable experience has helped Erik in resolving his client's issues in both state and federal courts.
