Bob Brennan recently won a hard–fought victory in a criminal matter. A. Federal Judge appointed Mr. Brennan to represent an indigent defendant charged with federal criminal violations dealing with a "chop shop". After spending the last 18 months in jail awaiting trial, our client was found to be not guilty at trial. Others who were indicted on similar charges either had pled guilty and testified against our client or went to trial with our client and were found guilty. This is truly a superior effort and has enhanced the reputation of the firm in the eyes of the federal judiciary.
