Jared Miller recently obtained a complete victory on behalf of a pro bono client in a trial held in Fulton County Magistrate Court. He asserted claims on behalf of his client against her former landlord relating to conditions of the property during the client's tenancy and the landlord's failure to return the client's security deposit. After a contested trial, the Magistrate Court entered judgment in favor of the client for the entire amount she sought and denied the counterclaims the landlord had asserted against the client in their entirety.
