William J. Holley II, a partner with the firm's Litigation practice group, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America.

Mr. Holley was inducted as a Fellow during the recent 2015 Annual Meeting of the College in Chicago, Illinois. Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province.

Mr. Holley acts as lead counsel in complex civil litigation matters. He is a 1982 alumnus of Duke University, a 1985 alumnus of Vanderbilt University School of Law and served as a Captain in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General Department.
