Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP is pleased to announce the election of three new members to its partnership effective January 1, 2018.

"We are honored to welcome these three colleagues into the partnership," said Parker Hudson's Managing Partner Wayne Hillis. "Each one has made significant contributions to our clients and to the firm for many years, and their leadership and dedication will help insure the firm's success for many years to come."

The following attorneys have been elected partner:

V. Justin Arpey is a member of the firm's Litigation practice group in the Atlanta office. While he is experienced in representing clients in a vast array of business disputes, Justin focuses his practice on representing broker-dealers in securities arbitrations before FINRA, and on representing property owners, developers, and builders in real-estate-related and construction disputes. He has been victorious in several arbitrations and jury trials both as first and second chair.

Daniel Ennis is a member of the firm's Commercial Finance practice group in the Atlanta office. He represents banks, finance companies and other lenders in a variety of secured lending transactions, including negotiation and documentation of both single lender and syndicated credit facilities.

Elizabeth Murphy Kitchens is a member of the firm's Healthcare practice group in the Atlanta office. She concentrates her practice on health care compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. Beth represents hospitals, health care systems, physicians, and other individuals working in the health care industry.

3/29/2019 - Tracy Field, a healthcare partner in our Atlanta office, will be presenting "Anatomy of an Overpayment Analysis for Providers" at the North Carolina Healthcare Financial Management Association's 2019 Annual Conference in Pine Hurst, North Carolina, on March 29.
