Parker Hudson represented a client in the transfer of substantially all of its assets, including subsidiaries in Hong Kong and China and operations in the United Kingdom and Russia, to a new limited liability company and the immediate sale of 51% of the membership interests in the new limited liability company to a subsidiary of a French entity. The client is engaged in international sports marketing. As a result of the officers being scheduled to work in Beijing during the Olympics, the transaction closed only a month after the execution of the letter of intent. Paul Hudson, Jennifer Crane, Kasel Knight, and Travis Carter worked on the transaction.
