Bobbi Acord Noland to speak at the Secured Finance Network Annual Convention

Bobbi Acord Noland will be co-presenting the "Report of General Counsel" with Jonathan N. Heldfat, attorney at Otterbourg P.C., at the upcoming Secured Finance Network 76th Annual Convention to be held virtually November 17-19, 2020. This session is scheduled for Thursday, November 19, at 10:15 a.m. EDT and will include an overview of legal issues in commercial lending and restructurings: loan documents, amendments, waivers and covenants. CPE credit will be available upon completion of the session.
