Bryan Bates Elected Director and Eric W. Anderson Begins Term as President of SBLI

Parker Hudson is pleased to announce that Bryan Bates has been voted in as a Director of the Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute (SBLI).

Judge W. Homer Drake, Jr. founded the SBLI more than 45 years ago to provide the highest quality legal education in the bankruptcy area. It remains today the gold standard in bankruptcy legal education, hosting a two-and-a-half day seminar every spring in Atlanta featuring top flight practitioners and judges from around the country. Our esteemed partner Ed Dobbs was one of the earliest directors of the Institute, serving for many years on the Board, and as President and Chair of the Institute.

We are also announcing the start of Eric W. Anderson’s term as President of SBLI for the 2021-2022 year beginning on July 1.
