Commercial Finance Attorneys Featured in SFNet’s The Secured Lender, Women in Secured Finance Issue

Commercial Finance Partner Lizzie Garner, a past SFNet 40 Under 40 winner, is profiled in the Secured Finance Network’s (“SFNet”) The Secured Lender, Women in Secured Finance Issue. The March 2023 issue features women who exemplify excellence and have distinguished themselves within the secured finance industry.

Commercial Finance Practice Group Leader Bobbi Acord Noland, Partners Lizzie Garner, Sarah Proctor, and Of Counsel Vicki Papanikolaou, are featured in a roundtable article, “In the Spotlight: Women-Dominated Teams in Secured Finance,” focused on organizations with teams made up predominantly of women.

The article explores how the team became predominately women and their experience navigating the secured finance industry as women. Their recommendations for high-level growth and supporting their fellow women in the industry are included.

The Commercial Finance team has eighteen dedicated attorneys, eleven of which are women. Five of those women are partners, two of which have been with the firm for more than 15 years each. The team is well positioned in associate and counsel ranks as well, with six female attorneys who are rising stars and strong contributors to the practice group and the firm.
