Commercial Finance attorneys Dan Ennis, Kelley Gass, Gina Kim, and Thomas Powell presented on March 2, 2022, at the 2022 Secured Lending Seminar hosted by the State Bar of Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Kathleen Currey served as this year’s Program Chair. The seminar covered a wide range of secured lending topics from recent trends in secured lending case law to ESG-linked loans.

Kelley Gass and Gina Kim presented on “Recent Cases Related to Lender Voting Rights and Consents in Syndicated Loan Transactions.” Thomas Powell presented on “Electronic Signatures in Secured Transactions,” and Dan Ennis presented on “Perfecting Security Interests on Trust Assets.”
