Matt Weiss Receives Secured Finance Network’s 40 Under 40 Award

Matt Weiss has been named to the Secured Finance Network’s (“SFNet”) 40 Under 40 Awards for 2023. This recognition honors the top rising stars in secured finance who have demonstrated exceptional career achievements, leadership skills, community involvement, and dedication to SFNet.

Matt Weiss is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor Rights practice group. His practice focuses on guiding creditors through complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including insolvency-related litigation in bankruptcy, federal, and state courts. He has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest in all stages of Chapter 11 bankruptcies.

The Class of 2023 honorees will be featured in the June issue of The Secured Lender, and the award ceremony will take place on June 15, 2023, at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
