Mary Beth advises industry leaders nationally in the industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors on real estate acquisitions, developments, dispositions, and lease transactions.

Mary Beth also has significant experience in real estate litigation, such as title insurance defense claims, quiet title actions, and contract disputes. She is experienced in underwriting and title curative matters, making her a trusted resource in even the most complex real estate matters. Throughout her career, Mary Beth has served as lead counsel for a portfolio of over 150 North American industrial and office locations for a major construction services company. She also worked as co-lead counsel for a home improvement retailer assisting with its legal and real estate needs for industrial and retail properties nationwide. Additionally, she has represented real estate investment firms and family offices with diverse portfolios, counseled award-winning franchisees on ground leases and property issues, and advised on the ground-up development of hotel properties, retail centers, and industrial facilities.
