Tracy Field to Speak at the 2024 HCCA Annual Compliance Institute

Healthcare Partner Tracy Field will co-present on “Voluntary but Not Optional: The Nuts and Bolts of a High-Functioning Voluntary Refund Process Led by Compliance and Outside Counsel,” at the Health Care Compliance Association (“HCCA”) Annual Compliance Institute on April 16, 2024.

The program will review:

• How to spot potential compliance issues that need further investigation,
• When to engage outside experts, including outside counsel and statisticians, and how to conduct the review under privilege, and
• How to manage internal communications about the matter and what communication should be left to outside counsel from the start.
