Tracy M. Field to Speak at the 2024 NC HFMA Summer Conference

Tracy M. Field, a healthcare partner, will moderate the “Commercial Payor Disputes and the No Surprises Act” panel at the State Bar of Georgia Advanced Health Law Seminar on November 1, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia.
The panel, which includes the General Counsel for the Georgia Department of Insurance, will include a discussion of the federal and state No Surprises Act and the current status of the programs. In addition, panelists will discuss ongoing developments in reimbursement issues with commercial payors.
