Wes Pickard to Speak at the 2024 ICSC+U.S. Law Conference

Wes Pickard will co-present “Negotiating SNDAs and Estoppels: Overcoming Deal Fatigue and Keeping Your Clients Awake” at the ICSC+U.S. Law Conference on October 23, 2024, in Orlando, Florida.

The session will provide a “walk through” of essential provisions and concepts in SNDAs and estoppel certifications and a discussion of responses to common revisions to each document, as well as responses to those responses, and final compromise positions.
