Catherine Prater is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare practice group. Catherine’s practice focuses on representing healthcare providers in regulatory matters, investigations, and criminal and civil litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Catherine practiced at a North Carolina-based law firm where she represented clients in high-stakes trials across state and federal courts.

  • Secured defense verdict in favor of former CEO of national poultry producer following three multi-defendant criminal antitrust trials totaling months of trial time.*
  • Represented healthcare company in lawsuit involving breach of contract, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices claims related to PPE.*
