Monteshea Barnes is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group where she represents banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of asset-based lending transactions, frequently in single lender and syndicated transactions. She is dedicated to providing efficient and detailed attention to clients’ lending transaction needs.
Monteshea has worked on a variety of asset-based lending deals, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, and structured finance transactions. In addition to her work on single-lender transactions, Monteshea has experience working on syndicated transactions, where she has helped coordinate the efforts of multiple lenders to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
