Overview
Nadia Hajji Gillespie is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare practice group with a focus on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation. Her attention to detail and thoroughness minimizes corporate and individual risk and advances her clients’ interests in the highly-regulated healthcare landscape.
Nadia has significant experience in defending individuals, executives, physicians, and companies in matters related to healthcare fraud, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark law, and telemedicine noncompliance. She conducts compliance risk reviews and counsels clients on remedial measures and disclosure decisions to reduce potential regulatory or criminal exposure. Nadia also works with clients in the healthcare industry to navigate through state certificate of need programs, state licensure issues, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and related regulatory disputes.
